About the role

  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for midmarket customers.
  • Proactive Lead demand generation activities with existing midmarket customers to expand wallet share of New Era’s strategic solution portfolio.
  • Achieve monthly and daily goals:
  • Researched and aligned calls per day to existing midmarket customers based on existing solutions and upgrades/upsells/organic growth expectations
  • Meetings per Month (phone, virtual) – Target agenda is established prior to meeting. All information notes post-meeting managed within CRM.
  • Qualified Opportunities per month
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information.
  • Support agreement renewals of midmarket customers with delivered services and solutions, as required
  • Participate collaboratively in Sales team meetings, as required

Requirements

  • BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
  • Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales
  • Proven strong analytical and organizational skills
  • General understanding of Technology services and offerings in a business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo and CRM
  • Understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn and other platforms in social selling
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high energy
  • Excellent communication skills – able to deliver clear, concise messaging to executive stakeholders
  • Must be able to ask probing questions and gather information/research
  • Must be ambitious, persistent, and consistent
  • Must be goal oriented with an ability to focus on a goal and achieve that goal.
