About the role
- develop and oversee the organization’s national fundraising strategy
- leverage networks and experience to identify and cultivate new donor relationships

Requirements
- meaningful experience in fundraising, particularly in mission-driven environments
- experience building and managing strong donor relationships
- a track record of innovation in education or political fundraising
- successful experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing a variety of development strategies
- successful fundraising and relationship building with high-net-worth individuals
