About the role

  • Build, lead, and mentor the Project Management organization
  • Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management
  • Establish project governance frameworks, processes, and standards for the PM organization
  • Oversee project execution from contract award through commissioning and operational handoff
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality
  • Lead internal and customer-facing project meetings to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and progress tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering (Civil preferred), Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 10 years leading and developing project management or construction teams
  • 8+ years of construction management experience
  • Direct experience working on utility-scale PV projects with established, high-performing solar companies
  • Experience with solar tracker systems and tracker manufacturers
  • Experience working within an EPC or construction environment
  • Experience managing remediation or corrective construction efforts
  • OSHA30 certification
