About the role
- Build, lead, and mentor the Project Management organization
- Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management
- Establish project governance frameworks, processes, and standards for the PM organization
- Oversee project execution from contract award through commissioning and operational handoff
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality
- Lead internal and customer-facing project meetings to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and progress tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering (Civil preferred), Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10 years leading and developing project management or construction teams
- 8+ years of construction management experience
- Direct experience working on utility-scale PV projects with established, high-performing solar companies
- Experience with solar tracker systems and tracker manufacturers
- Experience working within an EPC or construction environment
- Experience managing remediation or corrective construction efforts
- OSHA30 certification
