About the role
- Provide initial diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations
- Create personalized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Deliver therapy entirely via telehealth to a diverse patient population
- Document in real time using EHR tools
- Participate in ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
- Be available and engaged during scheduled hours without on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience or certification in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI)
- Confident working in virtual settings and comfortable with concurrent documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Flexible and responsive to occasional tech hiccups or patient crises
- Bonus: Active LPC license in Pennsylvania
- Bonus: Experience with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or co-occurring substance use
- Bonus: Enjoy using technology to enhance care delivery
