About the role
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based, medically driven treatments
- Deliver services in-person at clinic locations and via telehealth from a home office
- Maintain clinical schedule with autonomy (hybrid, telehealth, full time or part time)
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Provide or receive clinical supervision (LCSW/LICSW) as applicable
- Collaborate with support staff handling credentialing, insurance authorizations, and collections so clinicians can focus on clinical work
- Use EMR system and engage in APA-approved continuing education
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists
- Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office
- Must be able to provide outpatient care on weekdays
- Ability to receive or provide supervision (LCSW/LICSW)
