About the role
- Provide evidence-based outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults within LifeStance clinics and via telemedicine
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare as part of the Integrated Behavioral Health Program
- Provide direct patient care and uphold clinical excellence
- Work in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Use digital health telemedicine tools and receive full administrative support
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred, but able to consider associate level clinicians as well
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s)
- Licensed mental health therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or associate-level clinician acceptable
