About the role

  • Deliver evidence-based outpatient behavioral healthcare to patients
  • Provide therapy to adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan
  • Conduct sessions in-person at clinic and via telemedicine (hybrid model)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists)
  • Maintain clinical documentation and participate in credentialing processes
  • Engage in professional growth and contribute to a collegial work environment

Requirements

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred
  • May consider associate licensed clinicians
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
  • Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s)
  • Ability to deliver care in-person and via telemedicine
