Platform Engineer

• Develop, enhance, and support systems within our platform toolchain, including GitLab, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related technologies.
• Support a growing fleet of SaaS deployments, including infrastructure, tools, configuration management, automation, and Identity & Access Management.
• Work closely with Operations, Development, QA, and Support teams to ensure the success of new services.
• Build and deploy solutions to recurring problems and requests — automate all the things.
• Design and support projects ranging from small scripts to complex microservices.
• Produce and maintain documentation and records relevant to areas of responsibility.
• Advocate for improvements that benefit customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
