About the role
- Serve as the networking subject matter expert across Service Delivery and Professional Services
- Design, configure, and support client network environments, including new deployments and upgrades
- Own monitoring, performance, and standardization of networks across subscription clients
- Act as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues and lead root cause analysis
- Partner on project scoping, execution, and documentation for network-focused initiatives
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a network engineering or advanced network administration role
- Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, UniFi, Palo Alto)
- Relevant certification (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with experience serving as an escalation point
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and manage project timelines
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
