About the role

  • Be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with clients in the active base, acting strategically to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients, with a focus on revenue growth;
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts (new areas, demands and projects);
  • Expand engagement to larger scopes at national, regional and global levels;
  • Act consultatively, understanding the client’s business and proposing fitting solutions;
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at management, director and CEO levels;
  • Raise the level of conversations within accounts, increasing influence and penetration;
  • Structure and execute growth plans for each client in the portfolio;
  • Conduct strategic meetings and in-person visits (primarily in the Greater São Paulo region);
  • Oversee the full B2B sales cycle;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts;
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quality deliveries and identify new opportunities;
  • Participate in strategic events and trade shows, focusing on business generation and expansion;
  • Maintain tracking of the pipeline and growth forecast for the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Investor Relations (IR), Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Previous experience in B2B consultative sales and in managing and growing client portfolios (farmer profile);
  • Prior experience expanding accounts (upsell and cross-sell) and conducting strategic meetings with decision-makers;
  • Knowledge of pipeline and opportunity management;
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT or similar);
  • Reside in the Greater São Paulo area to conduct in-person client visits;
  • Business acumen to build value propositions.
