About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Training & Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional adviser service.
- Set clear performance expectations and equip the team with tools, training, and support to succeed.
- Manage onboarding, ongoing coaching, and professional development of team members.
- Build and strengthen relationships with advisers, licensees, and key dealer groups.
- Act as a senior escalation and support point for complex adviser queries.
- Promote Netwealth’s products, services, and value proposition with confidence.
- Contribute to regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and overall business planning.
- Work closely with the Sales Leadership Group to align team initiatives with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product, service, and training enhancements.
- Oversee accurate use of Netwealth systems (including Microsoft Dynamics) within the TRM team.
- Support development of training programs that reflect adviser and industry needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the Group Fraud Policy.
- Drive process improvements that enhance service delivery and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in sales, account management, or adviser relationship roles, ideally within financial services.
- Strong understanding of the Australian financial advice landscape.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Extensive platform and market knowledge
- RG146 compliance (required)
- Willingness to travel interstate to support business needs.
- Strong knowledge of Netwealth products
