About the role

  • Provide essential day-to-day support across a broad range of human resources functions
  • Serve as one point of contact for employees at all levels and act as an operational partner to the HR Manager
  • Support talent acquisition efforts including posting jobs, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process
  • Serve as a resource for benefits administration and inquiries
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS and support compliance efforts
  • Assist in coordinating employee recognition programs and engagement activities
  • Support HR Manager during sensitive employee matters and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and records management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms
  • Solid working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) (preferred)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and enrollment tools (preferred)
