About the role
- Provide essential day-to-day support across a broad range of human resources functions
- Serve as one point of contact for employees at all levels and act as an operational partner to the HR Manager
- Support talent acquisition efforts including posting jobs, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process
- Serve as a resource for benefits administration and inquiries
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS and support compliance efforts
- Assist in coordinating employee recognition programs and engagement activities
- Support HR Manager during sensitive employee matters and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience in a professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and records management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding with individuals at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms
- Solid working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR) (preferred)
- Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and enrollment tools (preferred)
