About the role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using industry-leading RPA tools.
- Gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop documentation (automation documentation, user manuals & instructions).
- Support UAT execution and deploy solutions in multiple environments.
- Support Operations after go-live; monitor and measure solution effectiveness.
- Revise and improve code of existing solutions; perform code optimization and bug fixes.
- Setup environments (software installation and related technologies).
- Work with structured project plans; communicate project risks and provide change control inputs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience developing RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, C#, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VB.NET.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP and integrations with cloud-native services.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
