• Gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop documentation (automation documentation, user manuals & instructions).
• Support UAT execution and deploy solutions in multiple environments.
• Support Operations after go-live; monitor and measure solution effectiveness.
• Revise and improve code of existing solutions; perform code optimization and bug fixes.
• Setup environments (software installation and related technologies).
• Work with structured project plans; communicate project risks and provide change control inputs.
