About the role

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using industry-leading RPA tools.
Gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Develop documentation (automation documentation, user manuals & instructions).
Support UAT execution and deploy solutions in multiple environments.
Support Operations after go-live; monitor and measure solution effectiveness.
Revise and improve code of existing solutions; perform code optimization and bug fixes.
Setup environments (software installation and related technologies).
Work with structured project plans; communicate project risks and provide change control inputs.

2–4 years of experience developing RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, C#, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VB.NET.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP and integrations with cloud-native services.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
