About the role
- Recruit, Develop, Support, and Maintain Installation Service Partner business relationships including Maintaining Contracts, Insurance Coverage, and Regional Coverage Service Regions
- Manage, Support, and Provide ongoing Product Installation Training
- Develop and Manage Partnership Services Standardized Pricing
- Develop Program Certification and Technician Excellence Guidelines and Performance Reporting Metrics
- Develop and Maintain Partner Performance to Project Measurement Tools
- Manage Installation Partner Invoicing and Project to Payables Reconciliation
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Consult with multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Promote 3rd Party Services within the Netradyne Organization
- Provide Best Practices and Implementation Optimization training to internal stakeholders
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and online support content related to vehicle-specific installation processes and procedures
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Collaborate with program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with internal and external sponsors to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Eight or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program or service management
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Improved knowledge of vehicle mounted safety and telematics service products
- Detailed vehicle knowledge of wiring and installation Procedures
- Efficient and creative training and implementation instruction capabilities
- Experience with continuous learning and support management improvement techniques
- Intellectual prowess with deep learning and analytical tenacity
- Impeccable Troubleshooting and Alternative Installation Service Management
- Ability to provide Efficient and Creative Training and Implementation instruction
- Support Continuous Learning of Product and Support Techniques
- Provide Excellent Communication and Reporting of product inefficiencies
- Exceptional service in maintaining partnership agreements, business documentation, and promoting best practices
- Promote Improvements and Enhancements for product connect ability
- Having a deep knowledge of the transportation industry and safety service protocols
- Ability to create and maintain the appropriate documentation for: Contractual Agreements, Insurance Certification, Standard Operating Procedure, Best Practices
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
- Technicians Certification, or equivalent level of training/experience
- Software Knowledge: Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Salesforce, Smartsheet, Vehicle Diagnostic and Voltage Management
- Equipment: 12v & 24v Vehicle Systems, Multimeter, Basic Hand Tools
