Several years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or platform operations
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) and container technologies
Experience operating and maintaining APIs and distributed systems
Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP Cloud Platform)
Experience with incident, problem, and service management (e.g., ITIL)
Confident use of monitoring tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and version control (Git)
Experience collaborating with internal support and development teams as well as external vendors
Structured and solution-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility and resilience in incident situations
Excellent communication skills in German and English
