About the role

  • Build relationships with insurance agents and financial professionals who serve Spanish-speaking families
  • Present NetLaw Legacy to agents at field marketing organizations, direct sales agencies, and independent brokerages
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions in English and Spanish
  • Develop referral networks within Hispanic and Latino insurance and financial services communities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on Spanish-market growth strategy
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
  • Proven sales track record in insurance, financial services, or related fields
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to train and motivate agents
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and closing discipline
  • Comfortable working remotely using digital sales tools
  • High ethical standards
