About the role
- Build relationships with insurance agents and financial professionals who serve Spanish-speaking families
- Present NetLaw Legacy to agents at field marketing organizations, direct sales agencies, and independent brokerages
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions in English and Spanish
- Develop referral networks within Hispanic and Latino insurance and financial services communities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on Spanish-market growth strategy
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
- Proven sales track record in insurance, financial services, or related fields
- Strong presentation skills with ability to train and motivate agents
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and closing discipline
- Comfortable working remotely using digital sales tools
- High ethical standards
