• Player-coach role: build the function while personally driving adoption with our largest partners.

• Build scalable training: webinars, scripts, client conversation guides, CE-worthy content.
• Drive penetration within existing partnerships.
• Implement systems for scalable engagement: CRM workflows, health scoring, marketing automation.
