About the role

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio and drive customer success KPIs such as retention/churn and expansion revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the French Market Business Developer to develop and grow the French market.
  • Take a proactive, commercial approach that supports Netigate’s growth ambitions.
  • Deliver trainings, webinars and enablement sessions to help customers get maximum value from our platform.
  • Travel on-site in France when needed for meetings, trainings and customer workshops.
  • Share customer insights, market trends and opportunities with colleagues in Product, Support, and New Business to continuously improve our offering and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services or similar).
  • Experience in CX (Customer Experience) or motivated to learn more.
  • A goal-oriented, commercial mindset and strong ownership mentality.
  • Curious and solution-driven: you like to understand and solve customer pain points.
  • Ability or willingness to understand technical concepts related to website/app development and email marketing.
  • Highly customer-oriented and skilled at building long-term relationships.
  • Structured and systematic way of working; you proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Comfortable working independently and finding creative solutions when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
