About the role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage your own customer portfolio and drive customer success KPIs such as retention/churn and expansion revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the French Market Business Developer to develop and grow the French market.
- Take a proactive, commercial approach that supports Netigate’s growth ambitions.
- Deliver trainings, webinars and enablement sessions to help customers get maximum value from our platform.
- Travel on-site in France when needed for meetings, trainings and customer workshops.
- Share customer insights, market trends and opportunities with colleagues in Product, Support, and New Business to continuously improve our offering and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services or similar).
- Experience in CX (Customer Experience) or motivated to learn more.
- A goal-oriented, commercial mindset and strong ownership mentality.
- Curious and solution-driven: you like to understand and solve customer pain points.
- Ability or willingness to understand technical concepts related to website/app development and email marketing.
- Highly customer-oriented and skilled at building long-term relationships.
- Structured and systematic way of working; you proactively suggest process improvements.
- Comfortable working independently and finding creative solutions when needed.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
