• Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate assistance
• Use knowledge base articles to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (e.g., point-of-sale systems, hardware, software)
• Follow step-by-step processes to guide customers or escalate issues to clients
• Document customer interactions clearly and professionally
• Deliver outstanding customer service to earn positive feedback
• Work 32–40 hours/week on 1st or 2nd shift; weekends required after training
• Complete 2–3 weeks of training (Monday–Friday, 1st shift)
• Provide remote, phone-based technical help desk support for business customers

In this role, you’ll connect with mid-market and enterprise organizations across industries such as government, software, managed services, retail, and education.
You’ll present tailored outsourcing and staffing solutions that drive efficiency, save costs, and help clients refocus on their core priorities.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries by researching market trends, building prospect lists, and leveraging professional networks.
Conduct client meetings both virtually and in-person , requiring regular travel to meet with prospects and customers.
Present Netfor’s solutions using a consultative, needs-focused approach.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer success to design proposals, develop pilot programs, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Manage and track your sales pipeline through CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts.
