  • Design and execute production-ready advertising creative and formats globally across all Netflix devices and content

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product/UX/Interaction Design experience
  • 3+ years of specialized experience working with advertisers, brands, and agencies
  • Deep understanding of advertising industry nomenclature, brand partnerships, and agency relationships
  • Expert-level skills in motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • A rich portfolio of case studies demonstrating high quality design execution
  • Ability to thoughtfully leverage GenAI models and tooling
  • Demonstrated expertise in building consumer product experiences that incorporate advertising
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a vision
  • Highly organized with a focus on detail, including writing clear documentation
  • Team-first attitude that brings additive energy to a high performing team
  • Ability to prototype motion sequences
