About the role
- Build strategic roadmaps for GenAI product concepts
- Establish a strong team culture and help PMs navigate ambiguity
- Communicate complex AI and LLM concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Scan industry landscapes and trends for new ideas
- Lead product rollout or GTM strategy across the entire enterprise
- Partner with various teams to define guardrails and governance
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 1-2 years managing other PMs
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of generative AI and machine learning
- Experience leading end-to-end products from 0 to 1
- Ability to mobilize an entire organization towards a common goal
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead people thoughtfully
- Experience building products for internal enterprise users is a plus
