  • Inspire a high-performing multi-disciplinary team of product managers, ratings professionals, content analysts, data/catalog experts, and taxonomists
  • Transform products, tools, and workflows for catalog and content understanding
  • Build bridges with leaders around the world to establish collaboration with other product teams
  • Balance requests from various stakeholders for a forward-thinking roadmap
  • Improve the team by attracting, developing and retaining high-performance product managers, operators, and editorial experts

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading a product management function at global scale with an emphasis on ML/AI solutions
  • Exceptionally strong systems thinker able to think deeply about technology and workflows
  • Built and maintained strong and effective cross-functional partnerships
  • Advanced to intermediate understanding of machine learning & evaluation techniques, especially computer vision methods
  • Significant experience shipping AI powered products
  • Passion for people management and mentorship
  • Operate successfully in ambiguous situations
  • Experience building and innovating on human-in-the-loop workflows and automation products is a plus
