Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products
  • Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally
  • Deep expertise in the engagement patterns of podcasts
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partner teams on video promotion strategies/campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in driving 0-1 initiatives forward
  • Strategic thinker who can articulate a compelling product vision
  • Skilled at connecting the dots across related initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to effectively integrate individual business needs into a holistic design system approach
  • Skilled in Figma’s advanced features, such as Autolayout, Components/Variables, DevMode, Responsive Prototypes
