About the role
- Configure and manage the Eightfold Talent Intelligence and Workday Recruiting platforms
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end processes between Eightfold and Workday.
- Work closely with HR, Engineering, vendors, and third-party integrators to optimize talent workflows and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance talent acquisition, internal mobility, and talent management processes
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity, synchronization, and security across platforms
- Support the rollout of new Eightfold and Workday features and capabilities
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration flows, and business processes
- Stay current with updates to Eightfold, Workday and HR technologies, recommending improvements as needed
Requirements
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in HR technology architecture, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Deep technical expertise with Eightfold, Workday, and related HRIS/ATS/HCM platforms;
- Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and extensibility.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions that drive significant operational or strategic impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the organizational level.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
