About the role
- Architect, build, and maintain robust TM1 models across business domains
- Design scalable solutions and optimize Turbo Integrator processes
- Own TM1 data management and oversee data quality
- Build and support reporting structures and dashboards within TM1
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Serve as primary architect for Ads planning and forecasting within TM1
- Partner closely with Ads business team and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior TM1 developers through technical guidance and best practices
Requirements
- 2-8+ years of hands-on TM1 model development
- Background in Ads, Media, Digital Advertising, or related industries
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior developers
- Proven ability to manage and optimize models spanning multiple business areas
- Solid understanding of FP&A, Accounting, Workforce Planning, and analytics
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; experience with large datasets and data quality best practices
