• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, software engineers and developers to conceptualize and design AI-powered solutions for various legal workflows
• Develop and refine applications that generate accurate and contextually relevant legal content, such as contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
• Apply your profound knowledge of legal processes, terminology, and regulations to create applications that align with real-world legal scenarios
• Explore and implement innovative techniques to improve the performance, accuracy and efficiency of AI-generated legal content
• Work closely with others on the Professional Services team to build and integrate AI-driven applications into the NetDocuments platform
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technology, particularly within the context of the legal industry, and apply relevant insights to enhance our solutions
• Contribute to the documentation of application creation best practices and guidelines

Professional Services App Engineer

Product Designer

• Define and evolve UX patterns, frameworks, and guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesion across PatternBuilder and related products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex problems into elegant, usable solutions
• Shape and communicate a long-term design vision in partnership with product and engineering leadership
• Create high-quality design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Drive UI modernization by ensuring new and existing experiences align with our design system
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to validate assumptions, measure impact, and iterate on designs
• Clearly and confidently communicate design rationale to teammates, leadership, and stakeholders
• Proactively identify and solve design challenges before they become risks
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the bar for design quality

Senior Product Designer

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary UX team, including product designers and UX researchers, fostering high-quality execution, growth, and collaboration
• Drive UX strategy for NextGen products in close partnership with product directors, senior engineering leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Shape product vision and roadmap priorities by incorporating user insights, design principles, and systems thinking
• Define, evolve, and operationalize design system strategy, including governance, contribution standards, and cross-team adoption
• Oversee UX delivery across multiple product teams, ensuring design excellence, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals
• Represent UX in planning, roadmap, and review forums, influencing decisions with data, research, and design expertise
• Promote a culture of inclusive design, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous improvement
• Champion scalable design processes, tools, and documentation that enable efficient, high-quality delivery
