About the role
- Cybercrime incident response – communicating analysis of cyber threats to relevant parties to mitigate attacks
- Classification of malicious websites, social media profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers
- Providing clear and professional feedback to customers on incidents and classifications
- Sharing your ideas on how to improve processes and workflows
Requirements
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong intellectual and commercial curiosity
- A positive and solution-focused approach
- Interest in the internet and cybercrime prevention
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English
- Ability to engage with people in a friendly, helpful, and professional way
- Self-motivation, ability to take initiative, and work as part of a team
- Aptitude for analysing and using technical information
- Competence in handling incoming phone calls
- Some experience in cybersecurity is useful but not essential as full training will be provided
- A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or any field that promotes analytical thinking may be beneficial but is not essential
