About the role
- Organize demo appointments with potential new customers, including cold outreach
- Acquire leads and new customers and manage them across the entire sales funnel, handling sales activities through to closing
- Maintain the CRM system
- Build multiplier and partner networks
- Network and represent the company at trade shows and conferences
- Improve and implement the existing sales strategy
- Execute strategic campaigns for lead acquisition
- Strategic planning for market entry
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
- Proven experience initiating first contacts (cold outreach)
- Strong self-motivation, team player, and a self-directed, structured way of working
- Good verbal and written communication skills (DE/EN)
- Proactive with a strong hunter mentality
- Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and able to adapt quickly to change
- Experience in the sustainability field or with sustainability reporting is an advantage
- An existing B2B network is a plus
- Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
