About the role

  • Assist the sales team with daily sales operations, including:
  • Supporting salespeople throughout the sales process
  • Preparing and updating quotes
  • Following up on outstanding actions
  • Setting up meetings and coordinating diaries
  • Monitoring sales inboxes and flagging urgent or important emails
  • Carrying out basic prospect and account research
  • Keeping CRM and PSA systems accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests
  • Confident communicating by email and phone
  • Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools
  • Reliable and proactive, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly
  • IT literate and proficient in English
  • No prior sales or administrative experience required
  • Experience in sales administration, customer support, sales support, is an advantage
  • Experience in preparing and updating quotes is an advantage
  • Experience in setting up meetings and coordinating diaries is an advantage
  • Experience in keeping CRM and PSA systems accurate and up to date is an advantage
  • Experience in HubSpot (CRM) is an advantage
  • Experience in Halo PSA is an advantage
