About the role
- Assist the sales team with daily sales operations, including:
- Supporting salespeople throughout the sales process
- Preparing and updating quotes
- Following up on outstanding actions
- Setting up meetings and coordinating diaries
- Monitoring sales inboxes and flagging urgent or important emails
- Carrying out basic prospect and account research
- Keeping CRM and PSA systems accurate and up to date
- Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests
- Confident communicating by email and phone
- Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools
- Reliable and proactive, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly
- IT literate and proficient in English
- No prior sales or administrative experience required
- Experience in sales administration, customer support, sales support, is an advantage
- Experience in preparing and updating quotes is an advantage
- Experience in setting up meetings and coordinating diaries is an advantage
- Experience in keeping CRM and PSA systems accurate and up to date is an advantage
- Experience in HubSpot (CRM) is an advantage
- Experience in Halo PSA is an advantage
