About the role
- Gather, validate, and evaluate product/market requirements through market and customer research
- Execute product vision, direction, and business plans, including product plans/roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D to translate market requirements into innovative new technology
- Manage pricing and work with supply chain and procurement and vendor partners
- Work with OEM and ISV partners to expand storage business to new market segments and industries
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management
- Experience in storage hardware and software product management
- Experience in server, networking and storage technology related experience for data centers
- Understanding of storage technologies such as FCP, iSCSI, NVMe over Fibre Channel
- Experience with HPC storage architectures and parallel filesystems
- Experience with AI data pipeline infrastructure
- Ability to build and/or use tools/models for BOM, Sizing, Pricing, etc
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience working with teams across geographies and business units
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication/presentation skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
