About the role
- Lead and develop a team of high-performing Solutions Engineers, fostering deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a customer-first mindset
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to build and execute a strategic hiring plan that scales with business growth
- Drive operational alignment through weekly forecast meetings with Sales Leaders, ensuring visibility into pipeline health, quota attainment, and technical engagement readiness
- Define and execute the regional technical strategy that aligns to sales priorities, industry trends, and customer transformation goals
- Engage directly with customers and partners, representing the technical voice of the region and influencing key deals and strategic relationships
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap direction
- Foster a culture of enablement, ensuring your teams are trained, certified, and equipped to lead with value across NetApp’s hybrid cloud, storage, and data management solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture within enterprise technology
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and headcount execution
- Demonstrated success in forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and quota alignment in partnership with sales leadership
- Deep understanding of data infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT architectures (NetApp experience a plus)
- Knowledge and experience in the Media and Entertainment vertical is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers, partners, and field teams.
