About the role

  • Assist in creating engaging visual content and high-quality written copy for various internal communication channels, including SharePoint sites, email campaigns, and internal newsletters.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Rush to edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional and informational purposes.
  • Utilize Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Ensure all content adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and helps maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Redesign and optimize SharePoint sites used to advertise IT Infrastructure products and services to all employees within the company.
  • Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Product Management team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and execute projects.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and assist in the analysis of campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the IT Infrastructure Product Management team as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with SharePoint design.
  • Basic understanding of branding and branding guidelines.
  • Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
