About the role

  • Represent Global Order Fulfillment as the primary functional stakeholder in all project meetings.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation that captures process needs, system interactions, and functional specifications.
  • Act as the single point of contact for IT and Project Management, ensuring timely clarification and alignment.
  • Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Order Management, IT, Purchasing, Logistics, and other partner teams.
  • Provide formal OF sign-off on project deliverables, readiness assessments, and go-live approvals.
  • Validate end-to-end test execution and provide final OF approval for NPI-related system changes.
  • Lead detailed root cause analysis for ongoing defects or issues affecting the OF queue or downstream processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Operations, or Supply-Chain-related functions.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Cloud ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred; SAP/IBP or other ATP tool also valuable).
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain operational processes.
  • Experience developing requirements, testing plans, process flows, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and support project deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in high-tech, hardware/software, or global supply chain environments.
  • Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and external partners.
