Represent Global Order Fulfillment as the primary functional stakeholder in all project meetings.
Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation that captures process needs, system interactions, and functional specifications.
Act as the single point of contact for IT and Project Management, ensuring timely clarification and alignment.
Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans.
Facilitate collaboration across Order Management, IT, Purchasing, Logistics, and other partner teams.
Provide formal OF sign-off on project deliverables, readiness assessments, and go-live approvals.
Validate end-to-end test execution and provide final OF approval for NPI-related system changes.
Lead detailed root cause analysis for ongoing defects or issues affecting the OF queue or downstream processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Operations, or Supply-Chain-related functions.
Strong, hands-on experience with Cloud ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred; SAP/IBP or other ATP tool also valuable).
Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain operational processes.
Experience developing requirements, testing plans, process flows, and documentation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and support project deliverables.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in high-tech, hardware/software, or global supply chain environments.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and external partners.
