About the role
- Work closely with a team that supports and enhances NetApp's Customer Support Digital applications and systems.
- Complete a short-term project during your internship building agentic AI solutions for customer support managers.
- Be paired with a mentor who will guide and assist you throughout the duration of the internship.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical team members to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong aptitude for learning AI technologies and understanding how to utilize these in a customer-facing environment.
- Sense of urgency and determination to complete work.
- Working Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages like Python, Java, React.js etc.
- Knowledge and application of concepts important to Machine Learning Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Open AI, LLMs (Open Source) etc.
- Participate in technical discussions within the team and across cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department and company goals.
