About the role

  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of server hardware components, focusing on performance and reliability.
  • Apply knowledge of NVMe, PCIe, DDR, and X86 architectures to support the development of high-performance server and storage solutions.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve energy efficiency and contribute to the process of obtaining Energy Star certification for our products.
  • Support the testing and validation of hardware components to ensure they meet industry standards and company quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance, to deliver integrated hardware-software solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of hardware designs, test procedures, and compliance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of NVMe, PCIe, DDR, and X86 architectures
  • Basic knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and Energy Star certification processes is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and learning.
  • Internship or project experience related to server technologies and storage solutions
  • Familiarity with hardware simulation and modeling tools
