About the role
- Lead a team in cloud-native development and platform engineering

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development
- At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on expertise in Golang and .NET Core
- Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices, performance optimization, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
- Exposure to distributed systems and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional teams
