About the role
- Join as a Senior Presales Engineer and redefine technical consultation
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Services, and Engineering teams
- Understand customers’ technical needs related to specific markets or products
- Perform consultative selling of optimum support and system solutions
- Manage and evolve a comprehensive technology collaboration and support
- Participate in customer evaluations and proof of concepts for deploying test systems
- Plan, conduct and direct projects to support sales efforts and address future customer needs
- Keep apprised of all new product features and fixes
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of success in the tech industry
- Deep knowledge of NetApp solutions a strong advantage
- Expert in data storage, management, security, and hybrid/public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Skilled at turning complex technical topics into clear, persuasive presentations for any audience
- Proven track record in commercial prospecting and leading account portfolios as a technical orchestrator
- Sharp listener—quick to decode client needs, even when not clearly expressed
- Creative problem-solver, passionate about innovation and tech trends like AI and cybersecurity
- Exceptional communicator in both French (native) and English—written and spoken
- Ready and willing to travel nationally and internationally as needed
