About the role
- Evangelize and sell key Professional Services offerings focused on Consulting and Managed Services solutions
- Work daily with solution architects, clients, and NetApp account teams to identify customer needs and map appropriate solutions
- Deliver customer proposals and secure contracts
- Proactively meet with NetApp field sales and technical sales resources to educate them on PS capabilities
- Build key end-customer relationships and drive service-led opportunities independent of hardware sellers.
- Manage own work schedule and workflow in a highly unstructured role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct consulting or services sales experience desired
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Executive presentation skills - comfortable leading group conversations including Director up to CIO-level audiences
- Understanding of professional services contracting or Statement of Work creation and negotiation
- Education BS/BA and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience; or equivalent combination of related education/training/certifications and relevant industry experience required
- Quota-bearing selling experience desired.
