About the role

  • Leading the design and implementation of major features for our containerized storage solution.
  • Driving innovation, learning new skills, and contributing to open-source software.
  • Promoting software engineering best practices.
  • Working with a cross-functional team to identify and prioritize initiatives to solve complex problems.
  • Designing and implementing AI driven applications and championing AI adoption across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of programming experience in Go.
  • 5+ years of programming experience in Python.
  • Experience developing in a Kubernetes and/or Cloud service (AWS/Azure/GCP) environment.
  • Experience with Linux or other Unix-like Operating Systems.
  • Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, CI build systems and Automated Testing frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile Software Development practices.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, software engineering concepts and programming best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with peers and non-technical people alike.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
