About the role
- Responsible for executing the strategy defined by the business unit
- Collaborate with the centers of excellence (COEs) to meet the organization’s vision, standards, and priorities
- Establish, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proactively implement corrective measures to achieve targets
- Member of the business unit executive leadership team to develop and drive strategy, policy, corporate strategic initiatives, and financial goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance management team while fostering an accountable environment
- Support (and lead when appropriate) enterprise client implementation initiatives from discovery through deployment
- Serve as the primary operational executive resource for enterprise clients
- Own strategic vendor management strategy and execution
- Drive the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle
- Establish and advance the business intelligence roadmap
- Design and implement operational process optimization initiatives across business operations
- Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and career development opportunities to staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management, or related degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 15+ years of professional experience with a diverse background in operations management
- 10+ years of direct experience in leadership roles encompassing project management, operations management, product development, customer success, or related fields
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Dynamic, engaging leader with an intuitive, entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven track record for fostering collaboration, building consensus, and directing strategic efforts to achieve developmental objectives
- Ability to set expectations and respond to questions/concerns in a productive, professional, and timely fashion
- Healthcare technology experience preferred.
