About the role
- Sell the company’s products and/or services via telephone or electronic inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and promote additional sales
- Develop strong client relationships with key managers or business owners
- Act as the liaison between clients and Net Health functional teams
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to drive add-on push
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4-7 years relevant experience; may have degree or equivalent
- Strong client relationship skills
- Ability to resolve issues and handle complaints quickly
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing agreements
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales activity tracking
