About the role

  • Conducting risk analysis of various fixed income products secured by commercial real estate debt evaluation
  • Assist with the workflow of collecting and filing the financial information needed for annual client reviews
  • Keep industry research and sector databases up to date
  • Provide research and formatting support for industry-specific reports and team presentations
  • Help out on special projects and team-wide initiatives as they pop up

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of post-secondary education, majoring in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Analytical and a natural problem-solver, demonstrated through your ability to organize complex data
  • Naturally curious, unafraid to ask questions, and excited to dive into the world of real estate finance
  • Comfortable building organized spreadsheets in Excel
  • Effective communication of results and logic behind work to others
