About the role

  • Responsible for developing omni-channel commercial strategies delivering category growth with customers for MAGGI categories.
  • Create commercial plans that are shopper relevant and make a difference.
  • Play an important role in the strategic “Delivering Category Growth” process by fueling annual commercial planning through key analysis driving commercial opportunities at customers.
  • Analyze shoppers’ buying decisions within the store to give recommendations based on quantitative analysis and shopper studies.
  • Deliver clear channel strategies on product assortment and promotional guidelines.
  • Lead the preparation of presentations for customers per category, delivering clear insight-based commercial opportunities.
  • Analyze display performance and lead the redesign of promotional materials for 2027.

Requirements

  • First experience in the food industry or similar and/or first experience in marketing, commercial, or finance functions or similar.
  • Cross-functional experience in sales, key account management, marketing, category management, or finance is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management competencies and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German and/or French.
