About the role
- Manage assigned national distributor accounts to ensure product availability, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Execute account plans aligned with annual commercial objectives, including revenue growth and profitability.
- Maintain relationships with distributor leadership and key decision makers to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues.
- Monitor account performance, sales trends, and execution metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support negotiation and implementation of national or corporate agreements within established pricing and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related medical field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of successful professional sales experience, preferably in national accounts &/or distribution in the health care industry
- Experience managing complex customer organizations and cross-functional internal relationships
- Experience interacting with senior customer stakeholders (Director level and above)
