About the role

  • Analyze market data (Nielsen) to determine the performance of our brands & our competitors within the market (sell out data)
  • Follow up of our products distribution with a specific focus on our top 10
  • Brief agencies to work on the creation of instore promotional material (Folder, Shelfstopper, etc.) and follow up with suppliers
  • Follow the projects from A-Z (design to print)
  • Support in the material development for the field sales team (one pager, assortment sheets, wobblers,…)
  • Coordinate the development and roll-out of in-store activation campaigns, such as in-store tastings, sampling, events, etc.
  • Assist and manage different processes of the roll-out: activating display codes, making briefings for different stakeholders
  • Ensure that high-quality content, including images and product descriptions, is consistently available on all designated e-retailer websites, in collaboration with the e-commerce expert
  • Improve understanding of search functions on e-retailer websites

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French and / or Dutch
  • Obtained or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Willing to learn, proactive and not afraid to take initiatives
  • Well organized, structured and able to multitask
  • Creative, analytical and digitally savvy
