About the role
- You will prospect new clients and propose offers tailored to their needs
- You will develop, retain and ensure the follow-up of your client portfolio
- You are responsible for managing sales reports, contracts, etc.
- You will help raise clients' awareness of our CSR strategy in line with our values
- You will collaborate with our Regional Sales Director (DRC) as well as with support teams (sales assistants, marketing, regional key account managers, ... )
Requirements
- You are autonomous and have an interest in the HORECA/CHR sector
- Valid driving licence (category B) required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of performance indicators
- Your customer-service mindset is outstanding: you are friendly, approachable and always attentive
- You are a true team player—at Nespresso, teamwork comes first
- You are curious and agile, tenacious, resilient and well organised
