About the role

  • Conduct customer follow-ups (phone and email) according to the defined strategy.
  • Monitor credit limit breaches and assist with updating limits; prepare customer risk analyses (solvency, payment behavior, etc.); contribute to continuous improvement of collections and credit analysis processes.
  • Identify, record and track disputes until resolution; ensure daily monitoring of outstanding balances and overdue payments.
  • Update dashboards and performance indicators; contribute to monthly closings (aging review, customer account reconciliations, etc.).
  • Interact with sales teams to resolve order blocks related to credit solvency; provide occasional support on cross-functional credit management projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Master’s-level degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Accounting/Finance.
  • Previous experience in Accounting/Finance is desirable; commercial/sales experience is a plus.
  • Recognized for your rigor, attention to detail and interpersonal ease (frequent interactions with customers, sales and order management); you are responsive, progressively autonomous and able to prioritise tasks. You demonstrate analytical thinking, curiosity, diplomacy and the ability to handle sensitive situations (disputes, payment delays), and you are motivated by careers in finance and credit.
