About the role

  • Contribute to the preparation of employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, GEPP) and take part in HR procedures with legal implications.
  • Monitor and manage working time for managers of non-exempt employees.
  • Organize and prepare the monthly meetings between managers and HRBPs ("Managers Calls").
  • Contribute to the implementation of engagement surveys ("Nestlé & Moi").
  • Prepare compensation packages in the context of internal mobility.
  • Participate in projects to optimize and digitalize HR processes.
  • Share internal appointments and mobility within the Nestlé community in France.
  • Act as a liaison between HRBPs and HR administration (document/form submissions).

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in HR.
  • Curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic professional environment.
  • Meticulousness, strong organizational skills and efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
  • Creativity, a proactive mindset and the ability to make constructive proposals.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Autonomy and a team spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders (managers, employees, HR partners).
