About the role
- Ensure the update of all sales materials for the ALI (grocery/food) and CHD (out-of-home consumption) channels in collaboration with marketing teams, aligned with innovations planned for 2027
- Contribute to the monitoring and implementation of creative assets related to 2027 key promotional periods (ALI/CHD)
- Liaise with creative agencies: briefs, creative development, and approval of mock-ups with print teams; conduct in-store tests
- Analyze and propose improvements to the event strategy
- Develop in-store merchandising and theatricalization materials for the ALI and CHD sales forces (POS/PLV materials, shelf stoppers, price tag holders, signage, displays)
- Monitor market trends for competitive intelligence: participate in ideation and development of tools and POS materials for 2027
- Oversee the implementation of tools throughout the year and directly manage the sales force (eCOS, Teams)
- Manage APV (point-of-sale support) and in-store activations
- Manage partnerships
- Analyze ROI (return on investment) of our operations
Requirements
- Master's degree level (Bac+4/5) in business or marketing preferred; commercial/sales experience is a plus
- You are recognized for strong rigor, initiative and proactivity; you have demonstrated your ability to work in a team; you are looking for a company that acts responsibly at all levels
