About the role
- Create Exciting POS Material: Collaborate on developing eye-catching point-of-sale materials to drive promotions across various channels, ensuring our KitKat products stand out!
- Manage the Design Process: Take the lead in contacting agencies and overseeing the entire print-to-design process, ensuring every detail is perfect from start to finish.
- Ensure Product Launch Success: Be instrumental in launching products by managing key processes, including activating codes and ensuring e-commerce availability and visibility. You will also prepare briefings for various stakeholders to keep everyone in the loop.
- Develop E-commerce Assets: Assist in creating impactful e-commerce assets, including high-quality images that showcase our delicious KitKat products.
- Engage on Social Media: Craft a dynamic content plan and manage KitKat’s social media channels in the Netherlands, delivering fresh and engaging organic content weekly to connect with our fans.
- Collaborate with Communication Agencies: Work closely with external communication agencies, tracking ongoing campaign projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Be a key player in marketing campaign activities, including briefing influencers, coordinating with website designers, and sending personalized packages to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch (ideally both) and have a strong command of English
- You have obtained or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- You are autonomous and able to work independently
- You are proactive in finding better solutions for the tasks at hand
- You have a positive mindset, are open-minded and a team player
- You are willing to go the extra mile
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Nielsen is a plus
- Passion and affinity for FMCG is a plus
